KAPLANKAYA DRIED FRUIT started its career by coming to Istanbul from Çankırı in the 1970s and opening a retail dried fruit store.
Later, by fulfilling all the conditions for production, it established a production facility using quality products, with the knowledge and experience gained over the years, under the supervision of food engineers, in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex,
with the permission of the MINISTRY OF FOOD, AGRICULTURE and LIVESTOCK, and produces healthy products.
While KAPLANKAYA DRIED FRUIT offers its products for sale in its own stores and stand shelves, it also provides service to other dried fruit stores in the sector.
